EDM Machines
Our fleet of 40 machines, with strokes going in x from 250 to 1000 mm, in y from 160 to 500 mm and in z from 200 to 600 mm, we can work on all types of parts, from the smallest to the biggest (for example: 15 ton disk, with a diameter of 2000mm or a 5 ton tube, with a diameter of 1200mm and a length of 6000mm).
We have recently acquired an EDM machine with 7 axis, which enables us to manufacture parts in small series. We can for example bore blades or tubes with complex shapes.
Our capabilities enable us to machine holes as small as 20 μm (diameter), with a depth of 100 μm, and notches as small as 20 μm (length and width), with a depth of 150 μm. We can also machine through holes with diameters of 0.8 mm and heights of 250 mm.
Additionally, our 2 wire EDM machines enable us to machine parts as big as 1300 x 1200 x 410 mm. |
